QUALITY CONTROL

At VERQUIN Confiseur, our main concern is above all to satisfy our clients. This requires meeting our commitments, particularly with regard to Quality, on a daily basis.

Since June 2006, VERQUIN Company has been certified IFS and BRC.

In order to prevent risks linked to food safety, we rely on a formalised HACCP system. Traceability is thus ensured from the receipt of raw materials up to the shipment of finished products to our client destinations.

Our Quality Assurance Department is of the ISO 9000-type. It relies on stringent specifications and controls that ensure the proper implementation of the key manufacturing processes. We follow strict measures for the selection and monitoring of our suppliers and partners with regard to Quality.

Our internal laboratory, in charge of day and night production, carries out physico-chemical, metrological and sensorial tests. It also provides assistance in operating the lines in the course of production.

This Quality approach is fully in line with our process that strives for constant progress in the respect of the environment.
