Alternative ingredients

> Polyols such as isomalt or maltitol syrup. They are made from the same raw materials as sugar (wheat, corn and beets). They have fewer calories, which means that the calorie content of our sugar-free candy is 25-40% less than that of equivalent candy made from sugar. However, sugar-free candy is "not as sweet."
> Sucralose, made from sugar. With 500 to 600% more sweetening power than sucrose, very small quantities are used to give flavor to the candy. Its calorie content is therefore negligible and it leaves no unpleasant aftertaste. Our sugar-free candy does not contain aspartame.

Sugar-free candy is gentle on teeth

Polyols do not cause cavities; they are "gentle" on your teeth. Clinical studies have proven that there is no link between polyols and cavities. Eating foods made with polyols instead of sugar helps prevent tooth decay.
